Greenwood Early Learning Center

Greenwood Early Learning Center was built in 1961 and was originally the Greenwood Elementary School. The school housed grades Kindergarten through 6th until in became the Greenwood ELC. 

In April of 2023, the Board of Education approved an architectural agreement with Sol Harris/Day Architecture, Inc. that included renovations to Green Primary School, construction of a new elementary school, construction of a new middle school, and demolition of Greenwood Early Learning Center, Green Intermediate School, and the existing Green Middle School.

In June of 2025, Greenwood Early Learning Center was torn down.
