Our next meeting will be Monday, September 16th at 7 pm at The Schweikert's (1261 Steese Road). We will be planning our Fall activities and (hopefully) working on some materials for the Fall craft fairs in Green. Our calendar has been slightly modified, see new calendar on website. Our October 21st event will be at Lichtenwalter Schoolhouse and we will learn about early life and learning in Green. This will be a family friendly event. Also, please note that Portage Lakes Historical Society will have a 35th Anniversary event on October 10th at 7pm at Craftsmen Park. More details to follow soon. A belated thank you is owed to one of our long time members, Ted Dudra, for preparing this fantastic event. Thank you and excellent job Ted! Dues are now payable. Please see the attached 2013 membership application. The financial situation of our organization has warranted cut backs in the quantity of events we have presented this year. Please consider supporting our organization so that we can continue to provide the same quantity and quality of programs that we have all become accustom to over the last several years. Thank you.
